The location couldn't have been better, with stunning views and a convenient position in the city. the hosts were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the spacious apartment was equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and a dishwasher. the fact that the towels were changed regularly added to the overall comfort. Great value for money made the experience even more enjoyable.

The rooms at this place were amazing. They had everything you could possibly need - from cutlery to a dishwasher. The spacious balcony was a bonus too. And the location was perfect - close enough to the action but still peaceful at night. Plus, the manager was a real gem. He waited for us even though we arrived late and provided us with a map and directions to all the local services. He even booked our bus tickets back home. So helpful!

There were a few minor downsides. The communication before our arrival was a bit tricky as their email and contact form weren't working.

I always return to my favorite place, where I find comfort and no regrets. The staff helped me find something important on my first visit. It has Wi-Fi, parking, AC, a shuttle, TV. Perfect for my romantic escape. ValueError: 'Novalja' is a required field.

I especially appreciated his 24/7 availability for any concerns I had. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay at Vila Novak again in the future.

The room at Vila Novak was awesome! It had everything I needed like air conditioning, a nice LCD TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The private bathroom was great too, with a shower and an extra toilet. I also loved the fact that the room was soundproofed and had kitchenware.

I didn't really like the fact that some units had a seating area and balcony, while mine didn't. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Loved the spacious apartment with a huge balcony and great sea view. Perfect location, near the beach and center, yet calm and quiet. Zlatko, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly, providing recommendations for nearby services and even offering a taxi service to Zrce beach. Appreciated the wristband key and the cleanliness of the apartment.

Felt very lucky to have found such a great place, no complaints at all.
